Not really toxic, just kinda difficult and ridiculous. Clown is one of the weakest killers in the game so honestly you have to play scummy to get a 4k with him.5 -

Not a big fan of Nic Cage, but Tools Of Torment was horrible and End Transmission was lackluster and very disappointing. The Nic Cage chapter was pretty solid with good perks.1 -

None of these. All of these perks are relatively balanced. Perks shouldn't be nerfed because of high pick rate and survivors don't have many good perks left.2
