It's the players fault if Devs take action but BHVR says it alright to do so. So its fully on the Devs for allowing this type of Toxic plays.26 -

All can use it but maybe nurse. Cause every power but hers has spots its better to chase then use the power. Bloodlust 1 is more then enough to get a hit 99% of the time.5 -

They keep shrinking maps, removing loops and adding huge dead zones from the maps but don't remove Bloodlust that was a bandaid fix for untouchable loops that are all gone now.5
