sooo, technician now no longer muffles gen noises?
I checked out Technician (its level was 2 if it matters) and it was useless. It didn't make gen repair sounds more silent, it seemed to not work at all.11 -

After 50th level there will be 4 perks you can choose in this case - 3 teachables and 1 random one. As you can see - not upgrading teachables dramatically lowers your chances of getting perks I want …3 -

You know that if I try to skip them (perks with orange backrounds) - they will just appear on next levels constantly until I finally upgrade them.4
