They really should look at normalizing terms like these for perks. It's annoying when I'm looking for haste perks on killer, but some perks don't refer to the speed buff as haste.1 -

It effectively does nothing at all. In most situations it will only save 1-2 seconds on a gen. Just let that sink in.5
