yeah I've always disliked how the bloodweb seems to prioritize tier 3 perks or perks of higher rarity to consume. Makes it take a unnecessary amount of time to level a perk1 -

The power being ended prematurely is triggered on picking up a survivor. So a kill with a mori won't end his power but probably eat up some of the power's duration2 -
