Flashbang is the best perk I've seen in a while. Combo it with Head On and Quick and Quiet you can make some real evil plays.3 -

BUT THE ECONOMY! Seriously though I think maybe one every 2 weeks or a month could be fun. If not then at least delete perk tiers already they're not necessary with this many perks in the game.2
