I think that it doesn't matter too much if it gets changed, but I wouldn't call the perk fine. You could keep it as a one hit down whilst giving it some other buff to make it more worth using. Giving…1 -

I've never really seen No Mither as a meme perk. Cage's perks are meme worthy. No Mither is just bad. There's no reason it should be completely off the table when considering improvements for perks.6 -

I think the positives might outweigh the negatives. Solo queue needs all the help it can get, so it would likely be a net positive, even if dodging increased.5
