Add the option to refuse being healed or unhooked by other survivors. (Stop amateur survivors from farming you while the killer is still in range, and they don't have borrowed time.1 -

I agree, doubling the time to cleanse totems would be one solution. But I also think that whichever survivor cleanse the totem should also be cursed/exposed for the remainder of the trial.2
