Yes it is a bug. That happens a lot nowadays. Also there is another bug where the survivor eventhough dropped the pallet the killer still hits him/her. They are gonna fix it soon I hope.1 -

I think he is better now. He can patrol gens faster and I dont find the uncloaking time that slow. I understand that you get used to his old style and that is why the new one you suffer some problems…1 -
