Being a game with under 100k players is a bad thing now apparently. A 24/7 PTB wouldn't make much sense. Plus, games like PUBG also only enable a test build whenever there is a new huge update. …1 -

It actually is noted in the Hotfix "Tentatively fixed an issue that could cause the game to crash when the Dying Light perk reached 5 or 6 tokens." You can read the rest of the Patch Notes …1 -

Re: "Mend" is not considered as healing action, but Adrenalin actually “heals” Deep Wound
As far as I know, Deep Wound is considered a health state by the game (don't know if it's intended tho). Therefore Adrenaline heals Deep Wounds, but not the injured health state.1
