There needs to be a basekit mini deadlock or surge or something. Killers need to be less gen perk reliant so they can actually win without gen perks or tunneling2 -

All they need to do is make it so that if 2 or more survivors are slugged then you can pick yourself up from the ground if you are fully recovered2
