Doctor with BBQ and Distressing + Pudding or party streamer. You probably won't get a 4k or pip but you will get lots of BP1 -

I stay in 8 - 12 range on both sides. Why go to red ranks? You are rewarded with longer lobby times and sweaty try hards. Not worth it1 -
