2v8 is so easy compared to 1v4 for survivor I have played over 30 matches so far and have escaped 21 times. No match has been a complete squash for the killer side. A few matches the gens got done in five minutes

You need to send them a support ticket according to what they said on Twitter. I also sent them one a few minutes ago after only receiving standard edition pre order items when I bought deluxe. Send them a ticket with your player cloud ID and account name of whatever system your playing on and it should get resolved…

Killers in this game are the most tryhard people I have ever come across in online gaming easily. There's no ranked or even a comp scene that's worth a damn Why waste so much time just to say yourself you got a 4k in DBD.

I sent mine in at 6am yesterday and got an email at 2pm today. If you do not hear back I would reply to the email that's what I did at 10am this morning

Exactly what I did. I went through the regular support ticket and through the chat one too! I gave them my game ID and also my account number in game since they asked for it.

They finally got back to me this afternoon and gave me a code for the banner. I honestly can't believe it.. I simply stated that I did not receive the alchemy lab banner and have been subscribed to the newsletter for quite a few years. They went over my account and email and apparently everything checked out I really hope…

Dude, Thanks a bunch! There's still over 2000 keys left guys. It only took about 3 minutes to make an account and get the key code. Why they make the keys available for only a day is ridiculous though. I'm guessing there will be a few more times to grab one so k keep a look out

How many people have been able to trigger the scene on playstation I wonder.

The charm has to be completely random RNG at this point. All the clues seem to point that gameplay has nothing to do with it and it's a random day to day occurrence if you get.. I noticed that too from what I have seen
