Survivors should be able to suicide on the hook: AKA trying to kobe, without punishment. That being said, there should be a blood point incentive for staying in a full match to the end.3 -

Forgive them. Pity them. Sacrifice them. They are just venting to a faceless killer. Report the worst offenders to help clean up the community, or just close end game chat and treat them like NPCs.6 -

Maybe DBD2 will be designed for this, but you would have a hard time getting anyone to play killer if every survivor team had coms. It would probably be pretty annoying for solo survivors as well.1
