BL was not nerfed. It was normalized to be like the rest of the exhaustion perks (except adrenaline), and then buffed.1 -

Just do what Tru3 said, "since everything gets done faster by SWF, reduce action speeds for every person in the SWF to make up for it."3 -

how about the fact that with how long DS lasts, you can hook up to two people more after the first one with DS (if you're good) and still get hit by a DS1 -
