Yeah, it's either a bug or a cheat. Both Tombstone add-ons greatly increase how long it takes to get to EW III.1 -

There is an add-on that allows him to kill survivors without downing them, but that's only at Tier III Evil Within. The timing doesn't make sense though. There is no normal way to get EWIII…2 -

I'd say just hide the killer's perks and add-ons until the last survivor escapes or is killed. It just needs to be hidden to eliminate ghosting for survivors still in the trial.7 -

Not a mod, just very chatty. Mods have a yellow bar near their name that says "Mod" on it. Even though we butt heads on a few ideas, I think he would make a good Mod.1
