Yeah, it's just as likely that you looped an unskilled Killer, which would be luck.1 -

Why isn't the kill rate 100%? Because not every Killer tunnels. Some Killers like to challenge themselves by not playing the easy way, and are willing to accept losses when they get outplayed.2 -
