DC penalties are needed, yes, but this level of punishment is not. The old DC penalties were just fine. There was no need to change them.6 -

I don't see what matchmaking has to do with tunneling. Killers will tunnel at low/mid MMR because it's easy, and then they'll tunnel at high MMR because they claim it's "nece…-1
