Why would you waste a perk when you can just bring a medkit? This is why it's a bad perk. Inner Healing is better more underrated perk in that case.5 -

Twins is pretty strong but not Sadako or Freddy of course. Kill rates though is hard to go on they could simply just tell you what killers the most skillful players play the most.2 -

Freddy is C-tier and Wesker B+ or even A- so Wesker is stronger. These kill rates will go down on Freddy when survivors are more used to new Freddy. He's pretty weak.2 -
