It's not that hard of a counter though, Spine Chill doesn't tell you direction like Premonition so you'll end up running into the Killer sometimes.3 -

Hex: Undying allows other hexes to respawn. It's factually the best Hex perk because of this fact.1 -

Tracking based on sound is dog #########. Scratch marks are consistently misleading. Looking around an angle leads to motion blur and not being able to see things properly for 2 seconds.1
