New perks keep it interesting, and it's not like there have been any real meta shaking things for a long time since undying. The survivor meta is exactly the same, BT/DS/Exhaustion Perk/Whatever.1 -

There already is in the form of ruin undying, assuming you can apply enough pressure to make it give you value. It is crippling to leave ruin up against a good killer. If you don't like looping …2 -

A 3k or above. Unless you really care about pips. Then you could play slowdown legion, get a 0-1k every game, and still get to rank 1.1
