They do, yeah, though I still like to run them regardless when I'm low on Bulbs or Guides, as long as I have a Bulb/Guide to counteract the slow charge. PrayForBubba1 -

I love it when people catch on to how useless the Chili addons are. I've run tests and they do NOTHING at all. Beast's Marks and Knife Scratches are what make you move faster while swinging…1 -
