I've had great success vs. him with it so far. Not all Docs run Restraint either, and it was always easy to counter that. As Roach said, you can run into hallucinations to get rid of them.1 -

The other perks are completely fine though. They do pretty much the same thing as SB (except Dead Hard) just with trigger conditions that make it situationally better than SB.1 -

Hell yeah, Jake main since the very beginning. He and a few others (Like David and Ace) are the only characters in the game that I don't get annoyed by.1 -
