This reason can be applied to survivors too, so it's not a good point imo. I think they would add this perk one day, because it would improve some underrated and underused perks.1 -

Also, I would like to add that when you know the killer has this combo, you can harass him. Repair to 70%, hide, see the killer losing time, he goes, you go back. It works more if the killer is a bra…1 -
