Blight, Billy, Bubba, Oni etc can all break pallets with their power without requiring a perk. Michael being able to do it is not an issue either.1 -

Mikey is just fine the way he is. He is finally viable now while still having plenty of counterplay. You get both audio and visual warnings for his power. You pre drop pallets just like you do agains…-2 -
