It is a problem, but there's a slim chance that the Wraith is stuck in cloak. I was and the only way was to follow a survivor until they hit me with a pallet. Most likely they were afk though.1 -

Just take a break. Playing too much games that frustrate you can be stressful. Take a break, some people feel refreshed and like the game again. Come back once you can deal with the community again!4 -
