I faced my first Ghost today. I was Exposed instantly with no warning, and then face camped in the basement until death. It doesn't look like you can cancel his stalk within reason.1 -

It doesn't seem like much of a nerf. They weren't even decent as a killer before; most survivors just feared him for some reason. He was just very strong at tunneling.1
