I believe it's useless to add dozens of new perks, if you don't get any new perk slots... Six is the first perfect number in maths: give six slots each, then. :)2 -

Yes, it needs a buff: who uses Streetwise? At least it should give a 11/22/33% efficiency bonus, like Botany Knowledge.2 -

Voice chat among English, Spanish, German, Chinese, Russian, Italian people? No, and you cannot force young players to speak with unknown, random mates: survivors need some in game help. :)1
