I had a similar issue as you, did you try going to the store and checking to see if you had the DLC downloaded? There should be a separate PS5 version to “download” for free if you already purchased …1 -

I also want to mention Green Medkits aren’t giving the increased healing speed bonuses for yourself or others. I didn’t see a fix in the patch notes so I’m assuming this was not fixed today.1 -
