Oni Charge bug and theory on cause.
I don't know if you are aware, but the oni has a bug currently that stops him from activating his power when it appears to be fully charged. I think this bug is due to the 98% cap on passive acc…4 -

Honestly, they do tend to focus on survivors when it comes to bug fixes. Look at Nurse, it's been close to a year and every match without fail there is at least one bug which ranges in detriment…3 -

Should demo be able to teleport without being on top of a portal?
Demo isn't particularly strong or weak, but his portal ability often plays to be situational at best. I don't think that him being able to teleport like this would be a terrible idea.2
