Tenacity was nerfed to buff slugging. I don't know why Monitor got hit though, I thought it was a fun perk.2 -

Tunnelling is about capitalising mistakes. Earlier, you claimed it's just the logical conclusion from the way the game's built, not the product of 'mistakes'.5 -
