It's bugged, the survivor doesn't scream. Pro tip, if you watch the perk icon to see when if it goes on cooldown early, you'll know someone has touched the gen.1 -

it's not unusable, I still run it. I do agree it is a little weak tho. I think simply reducing the number of hits you need to take by 1 would be plenty of a buff tho, if it counted unhooks it wo…3
