Speaking of Inner Strength, wouldn't that be considered a healing action? If so, DS would be disabled as soon as it heals you.1 -

An immediate tunnel is more likely the case to keep the 60 seconds. Aggressive unorthodox DS usage is extremely common, and it now dies with this future change.1 -

You could still get tunneled to a point where you'd potentially use a locker, so it's fine to keep the locker tech imo.5 -
