Oni cosmetic VFX bug
The Oni's Blight cosmetic, Bursting With Fury (in particular the torso piece, Weeping Plates) is missing the drip VFX, which is mistakenly present on the torso piece, Noble Armor instead.1 -

It boils down to Cenobite having either Lethal Pursuer or his very-rare add-on, Chatterer's Tooth. Nothing wrong here.2 -
