Right. The thing is, Plague is only slowed for a short time (during start of the charge) Trickster is slowed so long as you are using your power. It's hilarious.1 -

The Plague has been out for just over 2 years. The Trickster is worse than her in every way possible and she's considered an average Killer. I think that's enough.1
