Making all chain blinks become special attacks is a good idea, I've seen that thrown around a few times. It's a start. The whole fundamental design is a little too powerful though.3 -

Plenty of people have mentioned it by now. Still, Oni isn't as good a Blight even with this bug that's probably why it's been in the game for so long.11 -
