In my opinion the only thing he needed was a shorter charge time and longer range for the shock. Maybe even a passive ability like spirit had. But hey, I'm not going to say No to a rework ;)2 -

Noob3 played bad. He stopped for a second and that's why the Oni (doing a super GOOD curve) hit him. I don't see any problem here, just a missplay made by the survivor, and a very good play…3
