Top 5% MMR means the 5% of players that are at the top of the MMR scale, not that only 5% of the players are above 1600 MMR.5 -

BHVR once had the exact same opinion, calling him their most balanced and well-made killer... then patch 4.1 happened and Billy became an endangered species in DBD.5
