Re: A message to the killers who use NOED....
I did use it when I first started and got off of it because I started to figure out how to counter endgame. I think it’s a great starting perk but you should gradually get off of it.2 -

For me it’s the opposite, I get hit because the game stutters, and I can’t hit anybody or track them because of it.1
