Its hag and its not even close. Bubba has to literally stay in the basement to have basement pressure. Hag can patrol while still having complete basement control with as little as 3 traps.1 -

Thats intentional. The grind in this game is CRAZY long and hard intentionally so you spend money unlocking things instead of shards.1 -
