This is an issue with literally everyone who plays DbD - I've even seen Otz mention it offhandedly in the middle of a match. The problem is not on your end - it's on BHVR's.5 -

When I reported this when this perk combo came out, I was told that this is not a bug. You do not scream, therefore, you do not see the aura.1
