I doubt you'll be getting gen grabs like I was in the PTB without it. It gives him actual stealth unless you're in a chase, in which case it becomes irrelevant, or maybe possibly beneficial…1 -

The time they waste to get a hook to 99 is nothing compared to the time a killer wastes downing a good survivor on an organized team to just have the hook cut down before they can get there.1 -
