No-one is not playing killer because they don't get enough BPs. People aren't playing killer, because killer is unfun and unrewarding, there is no enjoyable gameplay to it, plain and simple.12 -

Ruin hasn't been nerfed
Stop saying ruin has been nerfed. It hasn't. It has just been completely deleted, and a new perk has been added with the same name that will never be used.1
