  @Peanits Are the dev's rolling out dedicated servers for console right now? Is that why it keeps going down today?

  @Peanits Can we get confirmation or denial on whether or not bleeding frequency changes blood resource spawn rates, ie; sloppy butcher etc... It is being assumed that it does but I feel it is unlikel…

  Just FYI, it will take much more than the tome challenges to get the rift done in time... Judging by what we got from the first one, I would estimate we will get somewhere between 20 and 30 rift leve…
