The devs won't ever do that because it's way too many debuffs being stacked and would be really overwhelming for new players. I personally think they just need to tweak the values: 2 stacks…4 -

Thank you for making this thread, which ended up getting the daily reduced from 4 to 2! I would normally trash this daily because it would take easily 2 - 3+ games to get 4 cages. With only needing 2…2 -
