While he does need an add on pass, he is A tier imo, because he can break survivor momentum pretty fast if you know what your doing and secure killer momentum with his torment.2 -

For me, it’s Alien, Dead Space, the Evil Within, a second Silent Hill Chapter, and a chapter where the survivor was once a killer.3 -

That is a perfectly rational thing to feel sometimes, it can be pretty hilarious when an obsessed crowd gets hit with something other than what they wanted (coming from a sane fnaf fan)2 -
