Personally I feel like Billy would fit more as a legendary skin for Steve instead of being a killer cause of his sacrifice in S31 -

I’m optimistic about them nerfing/reworking DH & NOED, cause now we won’t have to hear “nerf dead hard” everyday. on the other hand I’m curious as to what they have in store for the other perks.1
