Reduced DC Penalties
If 50% or more of a side has disconnected early in a match, the remaining players should not get punished if they choose to leave as well, or the very least a reduced punishment. Granted it could be …-1 -

Likely so people who were intentionally DCing couldn't just log out; go play some other game/activity, and then come back with the penalty timer back at zero. Of course it's kinda silly in …5 -
