Just to be clear, my original concept was involving the final survivor having no hook states at all. If they have DS available then clearly they have at least one hook state and can be mori'd, so there would be no reason in waiting 60s or letting them bleed out on the floor. Any final survivor still has a chance to make a…

A petty survivor can quit knowing a bot will be left behind, but a killer can't do it in return because it would just end the match. Killers couldn't complete adept achievements on bots, I don't know if this changed but if it's still the case, then this needs to updated also to make it fair to any side that suffers a DC.
-
It's nothing to worry about, maybe they'll eventually negotiate new terms to allow more freedom but for now just enjoy the mode. There are bigger issues with the game to deal with...
-
Yeah with events and stuff it's usually enough time for the casuals out there. Although the pages do get increasingly more difficult, perhaps 1 and 2 of the tome could have more challenges to complete due to how easy they usually are.
-
Hmm I guess do it with the Feedback/Suggestions option, it'll create a ticket for sure. Maybe inform them you couldn't find the exact option for what you wanted to ask.
-
I think there is an Ask Something Else option, follow that through. Can probably just copy and paste what you put in your original post.
-
This should be the page for you. Submit a request, speak with the AI thingy and give all you details then wait for them to get back to you. https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us

There was one match in 2v8 when everyone got slugged and each survivor was put on a hook one at a time after the sacrificed completed. They could do absolutely nothing for 60s because this mode did not allow unhook attempts during the first stage, so they had to wait it out, but eventually they let themselves die on the…
-
You should probably send a support ticket because they'll need your cloud ID as well (found in the in-game settings), your Epic name wouldn't be enough confirmation.
-
2v8 is getting basekit Unbreakable isn't it. I know different modes and all that jazz, but will be interesting to see how player behaviour might change in that environment. All survivors being bled out just to get up and having 8 beamers burning your killer retinas...
-
I dunno if you'd make it better, from the sounds of it you want survivors to reap all the benefits and nerf the majority of the killers.
-
The main divide is filters, the fact a PC player has the option to make things look clearer and easier to see can sometimes be advantageous compared to console users.
-
A survivor giving up on hook so the last one could find the hatch is also a tactic, but now it'll just guarantee the remaining player will just get mori'd instead. I will compare them.
-
The minimum change could be making the green ward a lower rarity or making maps higher rarity instead, hell they could even do both of those things.
-
The broken keys need a use because unless you manage to get one with add-ons (which needs perks to guarantee), no one wants them. Perhaps keys can let you use charges to open exit gates a little bit quicker, so it's not just exclusive to hatches (and auras).
-
Some survivors will just give up on hook to avoid them being the last one to get mori'd. Maybe it's petty but so is slugging, the vicious circle just got amplified...
-
Allow all legendary skins to be their own character with a bloodweb, and unlock bloody cosmetics through prestige like all the others. Some really do deserve their own place in the roster, Chris, Claire, James, Naughty Bear etc.
-
To be honest, it would have been funny to have just left Distortion as it was; because anyone who is hiding until they are the last one remaining is now pretty much guaranteed to get mori'd the moment the killer finds them 😂
-
I don't get how this is different to many other perks that reveal the killers aura. Dark Sense, Fogwise, Object etc, what would make this perk unique?
-
I get you want matches to have better integrity with players who actually want to be there, but whoever leaves can just do something else till the the match ends. I could literally just watch videos on another monitor till it's time to go in to another match. I'm not saying I do this, but the punishment doesn't feel as…
-
Premonition should basically be the effect that's in 2v8 where you get a warning when you've been revealed to the killer. It's not even unbalanced either cause the killer would still see your aura, but you'd just get a little headstart to react. Perhaps a secondary effect also reveals other survivor auras for a couple of…
-
3. Well it depends on the number of survivors. If there are only two left, once one gets found, they'll be chased, slugged and then the killer will go looking for the last one left. And now with the Mori changes, you can bet that one of the survivors is going to get killed. Three or more survivors hiding... well that is…
-
Possibly if it was limited to the obsession, or perhaps who isn't the obsession maybe, but even then it feels niche just as it is. You'd be going the entire match with one less perk until the gates were powered. Least with No Way Out you're being rewarded throughout the match to give increasing effects. A secondary effect…
-
I literally want the pants back from the Fire Moon* outfit, it would look decent with the kitty hoody. Though the fact Vittorio has a cyberpunk style outfit and Gabriel doesn't is wild... (*Anyone who missed it, this outfit was bugged for a while and could be worn as individual pieces)
-
The Distortion change would have been more tolerable if killer aura perks weren't being buffed/reworked literally every patch. It might need a slight buff, the problem is some of the strongest killers can take you down pretty quickly so it's hard to get it back tokens on occasion.
-
It feels like at this point just give killers permanent wall hacks because they're practically nearly there with it... Though in all seriousness, BHVR could lean in to Killer Instinct more, it has no counter but it's also more tolerable to manage than aura reading. A Huntress is going to have an easier time hitting an aura…
-
If other survivors are throwing, I see no reason to stay in the match and will just go next. Also solo queues are often pretty unbearable so sometimes you just can't blame someone for wanting out.
-
Depends which option you use in the settings. The "Hide My Name" option still reveals your name on the match scoreboard at the end, so anyone could just look you up on the relevant platform. Using "Anonymous Mode" will completely hide you from anyone (other than friends), and you name will be replaced with your character's…
-
I guess they could reduce the hitbox, but as balance there could be a crosshair that's available for all players regardless of platform. BHVR have stated they have no issues PC players using a crosshair, but then only one group benefits from this so yeah make it universal and go from there for further adjustments if…
-
You can set separate buttons for dropping pallets and for healing others, so those are two things you can already adjust. Of course there are a few other things that do conflict, i.e. trying to heal someone else but also yourself with Self Care, this is very apparent in 2v8 where all survivors have access to that action.
-
The mode needs more killers. Huntress is by far one of the most popular killers but if everyone queues with her, of course matching is going to take a long time. Survivors don't have this issue they just pick and change whenever they want. I think perhaps killers should have a "Request Switch" option in their lobby so if…
-
As uncommon as it might be, not all players are bringing offerings to gain an advantage, some truly do just want to play on a specific map and that's fine. Though the system has a whole does need to be reworked.
-
It will still be a boring mode to play, it just wasn't exciting at all and having classes wouldn't change that. I also generally like to be able to see what's going on with relatively clear vision, hence why I don't really like The Dredge much either, but alas Nightfall is at least more tolerable than Lights Out.
-
She is in the correct order now... But I think this is because BHVR have set it a time limit to stay at the top for a period of time (like a month?) as a form of promotion, and then once that time is up, the character goes at the bottom.
-
Console players can... they just need to also own a PC that can play DbD and have access to Steam. Blizzard used to do a PTB for Overwatch back in the day, (although they still do it for WoW). OW2 however now just tests things in the live game for a period of time. Want data on a new character, Blizz made them available…

"I know I am in the minority here but it's been really frustrating to suffer penalties for things I don't control and not be able to play my favorite game for up to 24 hours lately because of it." Up to 24hrs? Man if it's that bad you need to play something else that isn't online until you resolve your connection issues.…
-
BHVR isn't a multi- billion dollar company with massive resources that they can throw to prevent cheating. Having a paywall is one way to mitigate this without being swamped in a losing battle, cause cheaters will always adapt, fact. Also the game is often cheap, it's literally on sale almost every season. Granted in-game…
-
I mean they didn't even want to give Ellen Ripley the male model so I don't expect any changes. For the record Sigourny Weaver is like 6 foot something but the game's model is kinda tiny...
-
"Surely in terms of like Freddy, Pig, Myers etc BHRV have gotten more then their fair share from it. Why don't they become Iri shard payments after like a year or so? Is it just corporate greed?" Are there other games out there that allow licenced content to be brought with currency that isn't premium? I'll wait.
-
To be honest the perk should just get a total rework like Tinkerer. The current Corrective Action can be a universal perk for everyone, and then a new one with a different effect is given to Jonah. I'd really like something that plays in to this genius, perhaps he can predict the location of a skill check before it appears.
-
Yeah it's wild, it's either no one comes or half the lobby does, sometimes even including killers! Often same with getting healed, you'll have like 4 people trying to heal you, like wut, go do a gen!
-
It's all about context I think. If you had a great chase with a killer and finally they got you, maybe they'll shuffle on your downed body little bit, that's alright it's just egos nothing major. Though I had one recently that a killer did it until I bled out, seriously, they stayed with me the entire time just shuffle my…
-
I think one thing might be to give a survivor endurance for like 2 secs after they get hit, this would at least give a small window of protection against multiple hits from killers in succession. Of course the killers can just wait it out, but yeah I dunno what else to suggest.
-
I'm pretty sure "Dedicated Server not responding" does not give a DC penalty, at least there have been times when the exact same thing has happened to me and I didn't not receive a penalty afterwards. OP kindly just stop playing the game till you find an actual solution, 6 hours penalty is very serious and you've disrupted…
-
Boy I didn't say you "said" anything, I was just stating a fact. And it being "rarer" (not rare btw) is based on personal experience, which is not wrong, and again nightlight does not track every single use as data needs to be manually added, therefore again just because you personally see it once every match don't mean…
-
I think 2v8 has already allowed us to experience this in action. As a survivor (can't remember about killer, queue times lol) you don't see the others' prestige level at all until the match results, and that's kinda alright. Sure I'll still be judging a survivor based on their cosmetics, but least it's just that and not…
-
But then it's not as common as let's say Windows of Opportunity, or exhaustion perks. Even using the unofficial Nightlight tracker, Distortion isn't even in the top most used perks, meanwhile killers have several aura perks. Granted this is not a perfect tracker but it paints a picture on perk usage. I can go multiple…
-
But that's what I'm highlighting, the fact survivors are in no rush to do anything means they can hide for 10min, get immersed etc whatever you think. No one ever thinks about the match timer as being a threat because unless you're playing against a killer who is camping 3 gens, matches seldom get drawn out for so long. So…
