The reason I last second swap is because killers constantly dodge high prestige characters. Fix that and then you can lock it. They cherry pick their lobbies.7 -

I would be down with getting rid of map offerings but in all honesty a beefy medkit beats a bnp almost every time unless your whole team is running them.3 -
